THE ANT AND THE CONTACT LENSE

Brenda was almost halfway to the top of the tremendous granite cliff. She was standing on a ledge where she was taking a breather during this, her first rock climb. As she rested there, the safety rope snapped against her eye and knocked out her contact lens. "Great", she thought. "Here I am on a rock ledge, hundreds of feet from the bottom and hundreds of feet to the top of this cliff, and now my sight is blurry."
She looked and looked, hoping that somehow it had landed on the ledge. But it just wasn't there.
She felt the panic rising in her, so she began praying. She prayed for calm, and she prayed that she may find her contact lens.

       When she got to the top, a friend examined her eye and her clothing for the lens, but it was not to be found. Although she was calm now that she was at the top, she was saddened because she could not clearly see across the range of mountains. She thought of the bible verse "The eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth."
She thought, "Lord, You can see all these mountains. You know every stone and leaf, and You know exactly where my contact lens is. Please help me." 
       
 Later, when they had hiked down the trail to the bottom of the cliff they met another party of climbers just starting up the face of the cliff. One of them shouted out, "Hey, you guys! Anybody lose a contact lens?"

Well, that would be startling enough, but you know why the climber saw it? An ant was moving slowly across a twig on the face of the rock, carrying it!
The story doesn't end there. Brenda's father is a cartoonist. When she told him the incredible story of the ant, the prayer, and the contact lens, he drew a cartoon of an ant lugging that contact lens with the caption, "Lord, I don't know why You want me to carry this thing. I can't eat it, and it's awfully heavy. But if this is what You want me to do, I'll carry it for You."

I think it would do all of us some good to say, "God, I don't know why You want me to carry this load. I can see no good in it and it's awfully heavy. But, if You want me to carry it, I will."

God doesn't call the qualified, He qualifies the called.
Yes, I do  love GOD. He is my source of existence and my Savior. He keeps me functioning
each and every day Without Him, I am nothing, but with Him....I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me. (Phil. 4:13)

  This is a simple test. If you love GOD and are not ashamed of all the marvelous things He has done for you, send this to ten people and the person who sent it to you.

i often do this..just have to update..

haha...you know that i often do this...i never had a n entry in this form..yoko kse ng diary type..haha anyway i was forced because abbie said i should update mu blog...anyway here it is...and also, i was looking at my first entries and so i started reminiscing..haha!..ok let's have a recap...i still watch ONE TREE HILL....and yup their married na!..ahaha..anyway mas gusto ko na si nathan nyayon!waha gwapo....i still watch though its already a replay...i dnt knw...may season threee b?...haha and ofourse sobrang busy sa school activitites...sobrang kabado dahel laban na lng naman sa linggo!!!!!!!waaaaaaaah!!!!!!!!!...tpos PTSI sa sat...im still doing my best to let the classs participate...kaya yan!! magiging maganda din and ating presentation..onting praktis na lng sa script..and g0sh ang nagp-pile up na gawain naten..im still finishing our jingle guys!..haah what aboutsmoking?!..haha..ayun...cge up to here na lng...whatever..

it is not a trash..why trash it?!

 while back, i read the news paper and i have seen the filing of impeachment case against our president. but also, just while back, i have seen that they  did not push through with it or simply, it was dismissed. my sentiments which i always wanted to voice out from the very start and root of all of this which was the "gloria-gate scandal" grew, until this point of my life, where i never felt so disgusted. i have also been hearing many sides from people from all walks of life...some were saying that its cool, everybody's committing a mistake, what could she do? she asked for forgiveness, and so we do. she's not perfect, they said. indeed she was not, so as we. yes, we do have mistakes. and this mistakes do hinder us from being perfect, but this mistakes do not hinder us from being a hypocrite. for we will never know how this mistake turned out for others. it was not impossible that she had planned it all out. lets face the fact that she is smart. she has it. it was basically our basis for voting her. it could have been that she had planned it all out, she thought, if i make this call and somebody catches me, its ok....they would try to get me impeached but sooner or later, they will think that there is nobody on the land that could be better than me in handling this country...it was not aminute call for god's sake, it wasnot possible that she'd lost her mind in thos times. she committed a mistake, she asked forgive ness, but im sory its not enough. if we will let her continue with her term, then these mistakes will evolve. it will be repeated all over again if we will not stop it nw.

   our country needs a chnage i say. i know achnage is gradual and people are tired of changig. but what could we do? this is our only hope for hope. and if there will be a change that will happen, it should start from all of us, from me, from you, and even the highest person in the land which they say is hanlding the 7,107 islands....the president!
   pls...let us not be blinded by the situatuion...

This is deep... and I wasn't going to forward or share it,

but that last line... you'll see.

A LETTER TO YOU FROM SATAN

I saw you yesterday as you began your daily chores.

You awoke without kneeling to pray. As a matter of fact, you didn't

are so  unthankful, I like that about you. I cannot tell you how glad I am

you have not changed your way of living, Fool, you are mine.

Remember,you and I have been going steady for years. and I still don't

love you yet. As a matter of fact, I hate you, because I hate God.

I am only using you to get even with God.

He kicked me out of heaven, and I'm going to use you as long as

possible to pay him back.

You see, Fool, GOD LOVES YOU and HE has great plans in store for you.

But you have yielded your life to me, and I'm going to make your

life a living hell. That way, we'll be together twice. This will really

hurt

God.

Thanks to you, I'm really showing Him who's boss in your life with

all of the good times we've had.

We have been watching dirty movies,

cursing people out,

stealing,

lying,

being hypocritical,

fornicating,

overeating,

telling dirty jokes,

gossiping,

being judgmental,

back stabbing people,

disrespecting adults,

and those in leadership positions,

no respect for the Church,

bad attitudes.

SURELY you don't want to give all this up. Come on, Fool, let's

burn together forever. I've got some hot plans for us. This is just a

letter of appreciation from me to you. I'd like to say "THANKS" for

letting me use you for most of your foolish life.

You are so gullible, I laugh at you. When you are tempted to sin,

you give in HA HA HA, you make me sick. Sin is beginning to take it's

toll on your life. You look 20 years older, and now, I need new blood. So

go ahead and teach some children how to sin.

All you have to do is smoke,

get drunk or drink while under-aged,

cheat,

gamble,

gossip,

fornicate,

and live being as selfish as possible.

Do all of this in the presence of children and they will do it too.

Kids are like that.

Well, Fool, I have to let you go for now. I'll be back in a couple of

seconds to tempt you again. If you were smart, you would run

somewhere, confess you sins, and live for God with what little bit of life

that you have left. It's not my nature to warn anyone, but to be your

age and still sinning, it's becoming a bit ridiculous.

Don't get me wrong, I still hate you.

IT'S JUST THAT YOU'D MAKE A BETTER FOOL FOR CHRIST.

P.S. If you really love me, you won't share this letter with

anyone.
